McMillan Sand Filtration Site is a twenty-five acre decommissioned water treatment plant in northwest Washington, D.C. adjacent to the McMillan Reservoir. I worked to establish a brand for the future development and peak interest into the project witha community photography project that wrapped the site in banner form.
